Artemis & the Wild Things (Louisiana)

Gamut Theatre (Pennsylvania)

Harlem Shakespeare Festival (New York)

"With the plays of William Shakespeare as its foundation, Take Wing And Soar Productions (a professional theatre arts corporation specializing in giving centerstage opportunies to classically trained actors of color), and Voza Rivers/New Heritage Theatre Group presents the 6th ANNUAL HARLEM SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL, a theatre festival across Harlem spanning late summer through early spring. The festival brings Shakespeare scripts alive featuring: 3-5 Shakespeare and modern plays, master classes, panel discussions, workshops, an international symposiums, artist talk-backs, Shakespeare4Kids, ShakespeareInMusic, ShakespeareOnFilm, and Shakespeare-In-The-Open-Air."

Illinois Shakespeare Festival

The Illinois Shakespeare Festival is a professional company located in Bloomington/Normal, IL and housed on the campus of Illinois State University. The Festival was founded in 1978 and regularly produces three shows in repertory from late June to mid-August. ISF works with Actors Equity on a URT/A tier II contract.

Island Shakespeare Fest

Nashville Shakespeare Festival (Tennessee)

Oregon Shakespeare Festival

"The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is a not-for-profit professional theatre founded in 1935. Our eight-month season runs through the month of October, and we have three theatres: our two indoor stages—the Angus Bowmer Theatre and the Thomas Theatre—and our flagship outdoor Allen Elizabethan Theatre, which opens in early June and runs through mid-October. San Francisco Shakespeare Festival (California)

"San Francisco Shakespeare Festival is a nonprofit theatre company located in the Bay Area, California. Shakespeare Napa Valley (California)

"In 2010, Shakespeare Napa Valley (SNV), part of the Napa Valley College District Auxiliary Services Foundation, partnered with the City of Napa to bring a production of The Taming of the Shrew downtown Napa’s Veteran’s Park. Shakespeare's Associates (California)

"Shakespeare’s Associates, producers of the Livermore Shakespeare Festival, is the premier professional theater company in the Tri-Valley, located at the center of the San Francisco megaregion. Founded in 2002, the company produces the outdoor summer Shakespeare in the Vineyard program; a 10-week, common-core aligned in-schools program So Wise So Young; among other smaller site-specific productions, readings and educational programs."

The Shakespeare Troupe at Cornell (New York)

Every year, the Shakespeare Troupe puts on one major show and multiple low commitment shows known as Dorm Room Shakespeare (DRS). DRS is an opportunity for anyone to sign up to direct or act without an audition process, requires only one rehearsal and no memorization, and is brought together via props the actors have in their rooms or are made from materials the actors have.

Shakespeare in the Woods (Vermont)

Shakespeare in the Woods (SitW) is professional outdoor theatre company experimenting with the canon through modern, radical, and gender expansive queer lens. Each production seeks to deliver a professional caliber celebration of classical text through unconventional, innovative, and socially aware approach, all while embracing Vermont’s natural offerings. The intention behind every production is to meet the natural landscape with respect, and to mindfully work in collaboration with nature versus imposing upon it. SitW was founded in 2019 producing artistic director, Katharine Maness (they/them), and is based in Manchester, VT.

Shakespeare in Yosemite (California)

"Shakespeare in Yosemite was founded in 2017 to bring short, accessible, and FREE productions of Shakespeare’s plays to Yosemite National Park for Earth Day and Shakespeare’s birthday each April. It is sponsored by University of California, Merced and the National Park Service. Our shows are 90 minutes long, feature lots of music, and are adapted to address issues relevant to Earth Day and Yosemite. Casts are made up of UC Merced students, park rangers and Yosemite employees, and community members. In 2021, we are releasing Imogen in the Wild, shot on location in Yosemite and Merced."
